A floor that stays flat

Steel doesn't twist, shrink, or crown after it's set. That means fewer squeaks, fewer drywall cracks, and fewer callbacks.

Dimensionally stable

Roll-formed to machine tolerances, steel members arrive straight and stay straight. No sorting a stack for crowns.

Termites can't eat it

Steel gives subterranean termites nothing to feed on, which matters in Central Texas soils.

Built for humidity

We run G90 galvanized coil only, the heavier zinc coating, because of Texas humidity.

Open web for MEP

Ductwork, plumbing, and wiring pass through the webs instead of being drilled or notched on site.

Non-combustible

    We design the truss layout and price the package.

  3. Engineering

    Designs are checked to AISI requirements and sealed by a Texas-licensed PE.

  4. Fabrication

    Roll-formed and assembled in our Austin shop, labeled to the layout.

  5. Delivery

    Shipped on standard trucks to your site, with installation details.

Can steel floor trusses be used in a wood-framed house?

Often, yes. Steel floor trusses can bear on wood or steel walls with the right connections. Your engineer of record and our truss designs set the bearing and connection details.

Who engineers the trusses?

We design each layout to AISI cold-formed steel requirements, and the truss designs are sealed by a Texas-licensed Professional Engineer before fabrication.

What do you need to give me a quote?

A floor plan with dimensions and bearing walls. Loads, finishes, and any mechanical runs help us give a tighter number.

How far do you deliver?

We serve Austin and Central Texas. Contact us about projects farther out.
